Clicking a category displays a list of products for this category. Customers can add items to the shopping cart here.
Once a customer adds an item to the shopping cart, he or she can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. The buy now button changes to a mini shopping cart.
If the customer selects checkout, he or she will proceed to a registration/login page.
First-time customers register for your store, then proceed to the payment page. They'll receive an email with their new login information.
- In order to make transactions as smooth as possible, the OnlineStore does not require them to confirm their email address or navigate away from the page in any way.
- Customers only have to register once. Returning users log in, then proceed to the payment page.
After completing the transaction, customers receive an email confirmation with the purchase details. In the case of digital products, they proceed to the licensing page, where they can see a list of their purchases and download them, if the products are downloadable.
